Hey! I'm Antonio, creator of Lunathletics and this was me 160lb (72.7kg). I always thought I had to be skinny to have full body control.
After years of dieting to make sure I could stay as light as possible I realized we need to be able to feel strong, healthy and confident in our bodies, by building strength, losing stubborn fat, building muscle and gaining body control. I would never imagine that 50lbs (22.7kg) later I would be able to do everything I can now! Proper exercise and nutrition makes it happen! I would have never thought that I would be a SOLID 210. At this weight I would have always imagined I'd be stiff, lack cardio and feel so out of it, but this was farther from the truth. 😂

Hey, I'm Coach Luna
As a fitness and nutrition coach, my goal is to make people feel their best and achieve their goals! I want people to feel strong, fit and healthy. Whether your version of being fit and healthy is competing in sport, exercising in the gym or just keeping up with family, I have you covered and will help you reach your full potential.
As far back as I could remember, I have been helping others exercise and working on my own personal fitness journey. Everywhere from at home workouts, finding old school gym equipment scattered around the house, cross country, track and field, weightlifting and freestyle calisthenics. We have gone through a lot! I graduated with a Bachelor's in Movement Science, became a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and have over 10 years of coaching experience! I have put my education to the test by helping people lose 100lb's to building 20lb's of muscle, improving their strength, mobility, confidence and more!
My missions is to help you build strength, muscle and confidence the way YOU want to!
